Eligibility Criteria
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the conditions for returns and exchanges:
Wrong Product Received
If you receive an incorrect product, size, color, or a defective item, you are eligible for a free exchange or full refund, at your discretion.
Change of Mind
If your order is correct but you wish to return or exchange it, a reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will apply. This fee will be:
- Deducted from your refund amount, or
- Paid by you before we ship the replacement product
Return Timeline
We've designed our timeline to be fair and reasonable while ensuring quality control.
Please note: This timeline may be extended during weekends, festivals, national holidays, or courier strikes.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Submit Your Request
Email your return or exchange request to returns@wearagnas.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and 4-5 clear images of the product (including soles, sides, tags, and top view).
Image Requirements
Clear photographs from multiple angles are mandatory for processing any return or exchange request. Insufficient or unclear images may result in rejection of your request.
Request Evaluation
Our quality control team will review your request and images to determine eligibility for return or exchange.
Confirmation & Pickup
If approved, we'll arrange for pickup of the item from your registered address.
Final Inspection
Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a final quality check.
Resolution
Based on the inspection results, we'll process your refund or ship your replacement product.

Important Notes
Please keep these important points in mind when processing your return or exchange:
- You will receive status updates via email and SMS using the contact details provided with your order
- Return or exchange requests that have been rejected will not be reconsidered through any channel, including Instagram DMs, support calls, or email follow-ups
- Products returned must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they're defective
